I am an artist, gardener, nurse and mom. Everetts Artistry was created because I wanted to share my love of art with those around me, near and far. Picking up a piece of ceramics is a wonderful sensation and connection you get with the artist. You first notice the shape and the color, but when you hold it in your hands- you notice so much more. The weight, the walls, the imperfections. I love those imperfections.

I instantly fell in love with ceramics. Having and creating ceramics is a timeless art. I get transported back in time when I look back at a series I was working on. Or as the consumer of a pot, I remember just where I was and what was going on in my life when I purchased the piece. Ceramics can also last the test of time and can be something you pass onto your family or your loved ones. The stories and layers thicken with the more memories that are shared and stored regarding a piece.
